Bimonthly—does that mean every two months or twice a month?
I have the same trouble figuring that out for things that are biannual or biweekly! Regardless, I have high hopes to make regular updates to this blog, with both my writing and my art.
The art will be easy—monthly posts to showcase a painting, sketch, or poster quote. I’ll let you know up front: said pictures of my art won’t be professional-grade. I will, however, do my best to make sure they’re good quality. Let’s say I’ll post these on the third Wednesday of the month, starting April 15th. That gives me plenty of time to perfect my stick figures, right? Right.
Of course! I’ll have all the time in the world!
The writing updates will be more frequent. Every two weeks, I’ll be posting a story or a snippet of something. Does that mean two weeks in between posts? Time is weird (read: meaningless). Allow me to clarify. Every other Monday, I’ll post new content—usually fiction, but maybe I’ll sneak some poetry or creative non-fiction in there too.
Some of these posts will be teasers from upcoming collections. I have to keep you interested somehow, don’t I? Other posts will feature brand new writing, because believe it or not, I do still have a story or two in me.
Looking at the event reminders I’ve already scheduled on my calendar, posting a story every other week average out to about two stories a month. The first post is slated for March 23rd.
Three days. You’ve been warned!
Somewhere along the way, I’ll probably come up with more ideas and let you know what they are. Will you be as excited about them as I am? Well, you should be! I do plan on tinkering with the site menu and navigation. You might find some additional tabs in the header and the sidebar. Hopefully they’ll be self-explanatory. Or click on them anyway and see what you find!
Last things, but not least things: this blog (and blogger) fully support all my bisexual, biromantic, and bigender pals. You’re incredible, and I’m glad you’re around!
